What Is the Likelihood of Winning the Administrative Per Se Hearing at the Connecticut DMV?

It is getting more and more difficult to win an Administrative Per Se hearing because the legislature keeps making it easier for the DMV to prove its case and because the police are getting better at investigating DUI cases and at handling the paperwork. But we always recommend that you at least try to beat the Per Se suspension. Sometimes the paperwork is bad or some other technicality may allow us to win. And sometimes, through cross-examination we can show that the police just did a bad investigation or that you never should have been arrested in the first place.
